Very poor support

I gave this developer plenty of time to resolve an issue with this game and they dont seem to care, so here is a negative review as a consequence.

Level 35 of this Zengrams has a problem that wont allow it to be solved on the iPad Mini 2 and some other devices. The puzzle pieces in that level are scaled too large to allow overlapping of the pieces. The pieces bounce back when you try to overlap them in the correct order.

I contacted this developer through email several times and they seem to refuse to believe there is a problem. They seem to think I just dont know how to solve that particular puzzle. I explained that I know how to solve and have solved it on other non-problem devices.
